As an Administrative Assistant to C-level management, you will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior executives and their immediate teams. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and energetic professional who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Executive Support
- Manages calendar, meetings, and tasks
- Attends meetings, takes minutes, and follows up on actions
- Handles correspondence and reporting
Communication
- Acts as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Screens calls, emails, and inquiries
- Welcomes visitors and guests
Operations & Coordination
- Manages travel and event arrangements
- Ensures smooth information flow
- Maintains office procedures and daily operations
Administrative Support
- Prepares documents, presentations, and reports
- Supports the CTO and team with ad hoc tasks
- Bachelor Degree minimum requirement
- 2+ years of proven work experience in a similar position
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Technical understanding will be considered as an advantage
- Greek language (Business level)
