The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with our ClearSkies TDIR SaaS Platform and Managed Services Value-Added Resellers (VARs) across Spain. ClearSkiesTM TDIR SaaS Platform is an award-winning platform, included in Gartner’s MQ multiple years (ClearSkies™ | AI-Native ISOC Platform for the Autonomous SOC/).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, a deep understanding of SaaS and Managed Security, and the ability to drive growth through strategic partnerships.
- Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new VARs to expand our network in target geographic regions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective VARs to ensure mutual success.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets through the VAR network.
- Training and Support: Provide sales training and ongoing support to VARs to ensure they are well-equipped to sell and promote our SaaS Platform and Managed Services.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of VARs and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS and/or Manages Services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a network of VARs.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of SaaS and Managed Services products and the software industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in the use of CRM/ERP software and other sales tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Travel:
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with VARs and attend industry events in multiple geographies.
Languages:
- Excellent spoken and written knowledge of Spanish and English. Proficiency in additional languages than English relevant to target geographic regions is a plus.
