As a Cybersecurity Consultant ClearSkies™, you will be the technical face of the platform throughout the customer journey — from executive discovery sessions and architecture deep-dives to competitive evaluations and product demonstrations. You will work in close alignment with the ClearSkies Business Development team and channel partners to drive growth in the region, serving as the bridge between customer requirements and ClearSkies' AI-powered TDIR capabilities.
Customer Engagement & Technical Presentations
- Deliver high-impact presentations and technical deep-dives to prospective customers and partners.
- Adapt messaging and technical content for both technical and executive-level audiences.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and webinars showcasing ClearSkies capabilities and competitive differentiation.
Presales & Proposal Management
- Lead and contribute to RFI/RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
- Support competitive positioning through business case development, proposal documentation, and competitive battle cards.
- Maintain sales process discipline and ensure demo readiness throughout the sales cycle.
Partner Enablement & Collaboration
- Support partner enablement activities, including technical training sessions and joint engagements with VARs and MSSPs.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to support customer and partner success initiatives.
Post-Sales Support & Product Feedback
- Provide post-sale transition support to ensure a smooth handover from presales engagement to deployment teams.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and contribute to platform innovation and continuous improvement.
- 3+ years in a Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Sales role within the cybersecurity sector.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms/services: SIEM, MDR, SOC, TDIR.
- Working knowledge of the broader cybersecurity product landscape (Firewall, WAF, Identity Threat Protection).
- Familiarity with key security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and ISO 27001.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven business narratives.
- Strong written communication skills, including RFI/RFP response writing.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
The following will be considered as an advantage:
- Prior experience in a vendor presales role.
- Experience engaging with channel partners, MSSPs, and VARs in a presales capacity.
- Familiarity with regional cybersecurity regulatory frameworks (NIS2, NCA, SAMA).
