As a Junior Infrastructure & Security Engineer, you will support the deployment, configuration, and day-to-day operation of infrastructure and security services for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dedicated team responsible for delivering core IT and security services across diverse environments. This role provides hands-on exposure to modern security practices and structured operations.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and support of infrastructure and security platforms
- Support asset inventory and patch deployment processes
- Perform routine monitoring and analysis of systems and environments
- Help enforce access control measures and segmentation policies
- Maintain accurate records of configurations and changes
- Follow procedures and best practices to ensure operational consistency and compliance
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and suggest improvements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or security operations will be considered an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Foundational understanding of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux), basic networking, and IT security principles
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a security-focused infrastructure operations role
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Attention to detail and a willingness to follow structured processes

- CompTIA Security+ – Entry-level security knowledge
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA – Basic networking
