SALES COORDINATOR - COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

The successful candidate will work within the Commercial Operations Team and be responsible for the full cycle of sales proposals preparation, supporting the company’s ongoing business development efforts. It is expected that the chosen professional will be able to demonstrate (or quickly acquire) an understanding of security and networking technologies, and capacity to work to often tight deadlines, across numerous simultaneous projects.
Specific duties include:
- Manage Opportunities in CRM
- Preparation of sales proposals for existing and prospective customers
- Constantly familiarizes his/her with suppliers’ products and technologies
- Communicates with vendors and negotiates prices
- Issues SO/POs and follows up fulfillment
- Works closely with our Sales and Presales teams to identify and consult on the best solution for a given project
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, or another related field\
- 2+ years of work experience in Sales Operations or similar position, preferably in B2B
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Experience in handling proposals, licensing, and managing customer or partner relationships.
